Young Writers and Illustrators Contest

Nearly 600 young authors entered the Channel 9 14th Annual Young Writers and Illustrators Contest, and the judges had a difficult time choosing among the many excellent stories. Congratulations to everyone who entered!

Entries of the four first-place winners have automatically been entered in the national level of the contest and will compete with local winners from around the country. National winners will be announced later this summer. Each child who entered will receive a certificate and an invitation to a party sponsored by Channel 9 at The Magic House.
