About Guided Tours

Groups are welcome to tour Channel 9's state-of-the-art facilities and television studios. Here's what your group will see (if available):

• Master control and technical areas - the center of the action and controller of all KETC broadcasting and production.
• Editing suites - we have both linear and non-linear suites.
• Studios.
• Television cameras and equipment.
• The Donnybrook Founders room - the dressing room.
• Prop room.
• General building facilities and meeting rooms.

Due to the sensitivity of our equipment, space constraints and nature of the tour, we have the following guidelines:

• Please book your tour at least three weeks in advance.
• Tours are for persons age ten and older only.
• Our tour hours are Tuesday - Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. , depending on facility and staff availability. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your group will have the opportunity to see the actual TV studios. If studios are in use, groups are not permitted to enter.
• Group size should be approximately 15 people, give or take a few. Groups larger than this must be split into shifts and may not be accommodated.
• The tour takes about 30-45 minutes. Participants must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the tour. We also ask that participants keep talking at a minimum while on the tour and avoid touching equipment.
